Kenneth Baker, 61, of 362 Church Street, was charged with 2nd degree Failure to Appear with the underlying charge of Disorderly Conduct and 2nd degree Failure to Appear. was charged with two counts Violation of Probation both occurences had the underlying charge of DUI and Operating a Motor Vehicle while under suspension. Jose Atariguana, 44, of 106 Highland Ave. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond with a court date of August 20. Andrew Bournival, 24, of 73 Meenahga Lane, was charged with Violation of Probation with the underlying charge of DUI. During his arrest for Violation of Probation, Bessette incurred an additional charge of Interfering with Police for which he was held with a $1000 bond. For that arrest, he was held on a $5000 court set bond. Joseph Bessette, of 632 Main Street, was charged with Violation of Probation with the underlying charge of Breach of Peace and Using a Motor Vehicle without Owner’s Permission. She was released on a $1000 surety bond and a court date of August 20. Lorraine Falero, 25, of 25 Terrace Drive, was charged with 2nd degree Failure to Appear with the underlying charge of Improper Turn and Operating Under Suspension. Donald Pasiak, 28, of 28 French Street, was charged with Violation of Probation with the underlying charge of 3rd degree Assault.

He was released on a $5000 court set bond with an appearance date of August 20. Richard Lewis, 45, of 42 Garfield Street, was charged with 2nd degree Failure to Appear, with the underlying charge of DUI. All four warrants carry the underlying charge of 2nd degree Burglary.

Justin Lamontagne, of 89 Franklin Street, was charged with operating under suspension and released on a $500 non-surety bond with a court date of August 20. Schum was held on a court set bond of $20,000. John Schum, 46, of 119 Grove Street, was charged with 1st degree Failure to Appear with the underlying charge of 3rd Burglary and 6th degree Larceny. Antwi was held on a $20,000 court set bond. Michael Antwi, of 46 White Pine Road, was charged with 1st degree Failure to appear, a felony, with the underlying charge of Issuing a Bad Check, 3rd degree Larceny, and the original felony charge of 1st degree Failure to Appear. Jose Bauza, 31, of 95 Highland Ave 2nd floor, was charged with Violation of Probation and released on a $1000 non-surety bond. Rousseau was released on a $500 non-surety bond for both cases with a court date of August 20. She also had a PRAWN warrant for Violation of Probation. Michelle Rousseau, 54, of 52 Palmer Bridge Street was charged with Violation of Probation based on an underlying charge of Breach of Peace. The grant and the warrant operation resulted in the arrest of 15 subjects that either had arrest warrants on file with the State of CT’s PRAWN system or with Torrington Police Department. and midnight local police, CT Probation and CT Parole officers participated in an arrest warrant ‘sweep’ of Torrington, made possible by a $40,000 JAG grant on a violence reduction initiative.
